Overview

UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital

In affiliation with Select Medical

Gainesville FL

Human Resources Assistant

Hourly Range: $18/hr-$24/hr

M-F 8-5 pm

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager / Director of Human Resources coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.

  • Reporting Excel and Microsoft work
  • Scheduling orientation prep compliance new hires
  • System Work and Reporting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of one years work experience in Human Resources field preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
