UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital
In affiliation with Select Medical
Gainesville FL
Human Resources Assistant
Hourly Range: $18/hr-$24/hr
M-F 8-5 pm
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager / Director of Human Resources coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.
- Reporting Excel and Microsoft work
- Scheduling orientation prep compliance new hires
- System Work and Reporting
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of one years work experience in Human Resources field preferred
Preferred Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required
- Associates degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
