Position Overview

Were seeking an Ad Placement Specialist to play a key role in executing YouTube advertising campaigns for our real estate clients. This is a hands-on role where youll work on YouTube advertising execution and occasional marketing support collaborating closely with our VP of Operations and Digital Strategist to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute YouTube ad campaigns through Google Ads for real estate clients ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

• Communicate with clients via email regarding campaign adjustments approvals or issue resolution.
• Actively learn and utilize our proprietary marketing automation software to manage ad orders and asset creation

• Take ownership of assigned projects managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements and client success.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Google Ads specifically YouTube.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality proactive resourceful and eager to learn.

Preferred:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing Communications Advertising or related field or equivalent experience.
• Google Ads certification(s).
• Familiarity with creative asset coordination (graphics video).
