InGermany Amplifon has the main office in Hamburg and operates with 2.000 dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. We are currently looking for aBusiness Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist (m/f/d)to join our Retail Excellence (REX) team.

Goal of the role:to ensure control of the most relevant business and in store KPIs to drive sales and productivity successfully hitting company targets

  • Monitor trends versus budget and forecasts keeping the Management and the larger sales team constantly updated and promptly highlighting any untapped opportunities or criticalities.
  • Keep track and analyze main business KPIs aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
  • Carry out deep dives focusing on getting a more detailed view of business trends and defining targeted actions.
  • Develop and share regular portfolio analysis along with forecasts about targets achievements based on different variables.
  • Conceptualize and carry out projects targeted at improving our operations to support growth and productivity

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University degree in quantitative or business oriented fields (ideally like Economics Engineering Statistics or Business)
  • Project management and analytical experience especially in Sales and Marketing Areas in International contexts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package with advanced expertise in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered as a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German language

MANAGERIAL SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Teamwork attitude ability in working and achieving results through others.
  • Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across organization
