Community Based Therapist; LSW or LPC; Intensive Home-Based Treatment
Compensation:
Salary: $63000
Territory: Muskingum County
The Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Clinician works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides individual group and family mental health therapy case management transportation and other professional services to clients served
Managing a small caseload you will travel daily to provide In-Home Services to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.
You will meet with each client 2-3 times per week.
Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health medical educational psychological vocational and social services.
Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.
Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degreein Social Work Counseling or comparable Human Services field
LSW or LPC required
Experience in providing both individual and family therapy
Experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred
Experience with TF-CBT preferred
Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if needed
Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
On Call Duties
Productivity: 40% productivity required
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.
Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
