ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
- Correctly use all basic inspection tools such as micrometer caliper pin and thread gages
- Inspects parts assemblies documentation and inspection tools to determine compliance to specified requirements
- Follows standard procedures
- Can work without close supervision
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas
- Follows procedures ISO9001 and or other standard operating procedures.
- Uses ERP software to update work orders with regards to labor and quantity
- Other duties as assigned by department leads or management. Duties may include but not limited to deburr cleaning glass bead marking testing packaging.
- The working environment is in a warehouse that is not cooled in summer but heated in winter. Applicants must be comfortable in these conditions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Computer skills (MS Outlook Teams) and experience in ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to read count accurately and perform basic math.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to walk around to different machines while checking different parts
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of how to use calipers
- Must be able to standstoopand lift 40 lbs.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job
- High School Diploma preferred
