Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area

Correctly use all basic inspection tools such as micrometer caliper pin and thread gages

Inspects parts assemblies documentation and inspection tools to determine compliance to specified requirements

Follows standard procedures

Can work without close supervision

Perform daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas

Follows procedures ISO9001 and or other standard operating procedures.

Uses ERP software to update work orders with regards to labor and quantity

Other duties as assigned by department leads or management. Duties may include but not limited to deburr cleaning glass bead marking testing packaging.
The working environment is in a warehouse that is not cooled in summer but heated in winter. Applicants must be comfortable in these conditions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Computer skills (MS Outlook Teams) and experience in ERP systems preferred.

Ability to read count accurately and perform basic math.

Detail oriented
Ability to walk around to different machines while checking different parts

PREFERRED SKILLS

Knowledge of how to use calipers
Must be able to standstoopand lift 40 lbs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job
High School Diploma preferred
