Job Description
Senior HVAC Project Manager position.
This is a permanent full time position with a great salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials.
- Coordinate with Superintendent field safety and management teams regularly.
- Submit change-order requests RFIs and manage project billings for projects.
- Manage projects from start-up to close-out ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements.
- Recruit hire and train new project engineers and estimators that can grow within our company.
Requirements:
- 7 yearsworking as a Project Manager for a large commercial HVAC Construction company working on large project 10 million.
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements.
- Advanced technical knowledge reading and redlining CAD drawings working with BlueBeam MS Project Excel and other BIM and project coordination/scheduling applications are a plus.
