Position Overview
The Remote Operational Specialist will serve as a vital link between our corporate team and restaurant locations ensuring smooth day-to-day operational flow compliance with company standards and consistent execution of processes. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with managers vendors and support teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Oversee and monitor operational workflows for multiple restaurant locations.
Support location managers with scheduling inventory management and supply chain needs.
Assist in creating and updating operational policies procedures and training manuals.
Monitor compliance with health safety and food quality standards.
Data & Reporting
Compile daily weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.
Track KPIs related to service quality sales trends and operational efficiency.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Communication & Support
Act as the primary remote point of contact for restaurant managers regarding operational needs.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies and services.
Facilitate communication between corporate departments (HR Finance Marketing etc.) and restaurant teams.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent service disruptions.
Recommend workflow adjustments to improve service speed and quality.
Support special projects such as menu rollouts seasonal campaigns and new location openings.
Qualifications
Required:
Must reside in the United States.
Must have a valid U.S. government-issued ID.
High school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field).
Minimum 2 years of operational administrative or hospitality management experience.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational multitasking and time-management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the restaurant food service or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with POS systems scheduling platforms and inventory software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule
Remote position with flexible scheduling; however availability during core business hours is required.
Occasional virtual meetings with location managers and corporate team members.
May require occasional travel to restaurant locations for audits training or special projects.
