Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with strong experience in electrical electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems to join our dynamic maintenance team. You will be responsible for installing troubleshooting repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment critical to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design test and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits including PLC and electronic control circuits for machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems ensuring optimal machine performance.
  • Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle machinery to replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
  • Inspect and maintain electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Assemble install test repair and adjust electrical fixtures panels breakers conduit motors transformers and lighting fixtures.
  • Utilize various tools and testing instruments to repair and maintain electrical circuits and equipment.
  • Lead and direct junior team members as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate work records using CMMS software.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Mechanical or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical PLC hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and verbal instructions.
  • Computer proficiency for searching parts and logging work in CMMS.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods lift at least 50 lbs and perform manual dexterity tasks.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical drug screen and background check.
