Job Description
Now Hiring: Mall Security Officer Colorado Springs
Location: Colorado Springs Mall
Schedule: Part-Time 3 Day Work Week 1300-2100 (1:00PM to 9:00PM)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Your presence will deter threats enforce safety protocols and provide outstanding customer service in one of Colorados most dynamic retail settings.

What Youll Do
- Serve as the first line of defense ensuring the safety and security of our clients property and people.
- Conduct patrols (foot mobile or fixed post) while maintaining high situational awareness.
- Manage access control and monitor entrances exits and perimeters.
- Identify and address hazards suspicious activity and safety concerns.
- Partner with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
- Respond to and document incidents promptly and accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees guests and vendors.
What Were Looking For
- Valid Colorado Springs Merchant Guard Card license (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Professional calm and customer serviceoriented demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Basic technology skills and a smartphone with email access
- Physical ability to stand walk bend lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Previous security military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
$20 - $20 an hour
