The Junior Sales Enablement Specialist will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of impactful enablement programs create and maintain essential sales materials and provide comprehensive support for the onboarding of new sales talent. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to advance their career within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enablement Content & Programs
Support the Sales Enablement team by contributing to the creation of engaging training materials presentations and other enablement resources
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on sales enablement and process improvement
2. Training & Onboarding Support
Assist in the coordination and administration of effective sales training sessions and events
Provide essential support for the new hire onboarding process ensuring seamless access to necessary tools and information
Organize and maintain training content to ensure all materials are current accurate and easily accessible
3. Sales Process & Tools
Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Effectiveness tool managers and Sales Operations to streamline processes and optimize sales team efficiency
Document and communicate best practices and standardized sales processes
Gather valuable feedback from the sales team to identify areas for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
1 years of experience in a sales sales support marketing communications or related role
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for sales process coordination and enabling sales team success
Target Base Salary Range: $60000 -$70000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
