What does a successful Corporate Systems VP of FinTech ERP do at Fiserv

This is an opportunity to design build and support Fiservs mission critical global Financial ERP Platforms leveraging the latest technologies while searching for ways to improve existing application environments operations and processes to deliver best in class solutions for our Finance Department utilizing the latest Cloud Data and AI capabilities for automation and continuous improvements.

What you will do:

• Shape IT strategy and align resources and people to meet the Companys technology and operational strategic goals
• Architect and build complex application platforms in multiple on-prem and multi hyper-scaler environments while retiring legacy systems in a cost effective secure scalable manner
• Manage a global team including multiple Contractors with onsite and offshore application and infrastructure resources providing technical operational and executional guidance to achieve results
• Manage complex program delivery with multiple workstreams for implementing enterprise systems spanning several regions/countries simultaneously.
• Responsible for providing application and solution architecture expertise driving end-to-end business process and systems efficiencies to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide guidance planning and technical direction for multiple business unit(s) maintains budgets and proactively allocates resources and time to meet the Technology Deliverables/objectives
• Provide leadership to change form and manage operationally efficient high-performance teams
• Performs additional related job duties as required

What you will need to have:

• 15 years of technical leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure application architecture of distributed systems and host systems particularly centered around SAP S/4HANA and related components
• Track record of delivery leveraging direct and matrixed team members
• Experience with complex technical concepts
• Provides technical consultation to the business units supported by the team
• Possesses demonstrated work experience within several technical disciplines
• Strong knowledge of Finance functional units of IT systems and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication team building and relationship building skills leading to the ability to influence multiple matrixed stakeholders and delivery resources to achieve results
• Ability to manage and complete multiple technical deliverables on aggressive time schedules

What would be great to have:

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with large enterprise IT environments and practices specific to FinTech ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA BPC SAC / Oracle E-Business Suite / Hyperion

• Knowledge of other Corporate Systems platforms (HR Finance Sales Service etc.) and best practices
• Experience with Generative and Agentic AI technologies; Big Data Snowflake experience
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications or equivalent military experience.

Salary Range:

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
