Skills you will need:
7 years of Construction/Restoration/Remodeling Experience Preferred but not a requirement
3 years of people management experience (including performance review career growth and mentorship)
Capability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Previous project management experience mandatory
- IICRC certification Preferred but not a requirement
