Job Description
Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Industry: Security Services (Personnel ELV & IT Solutions)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: USD 1500-2000 per month
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead their efforts in promoting security personnel ELV and IT solutions. This role is responsible for building brand visibility generating qualified leads and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Partner with the Business Development Director to set campaign goals budgets and timelines.

Lead the marketing team in executing both digital and offline campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
Monitor performance metrics such as reach engagement and conversion rates.

Analyse results and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
Plan and manage promotional activities including webinars trade shows and conferences.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Continuously track industry trends competitor activity and evolving customer needs.

Present data-driven insights and recommend improvements to sales and marketing approaches.
Represent the company at industry and networking events building connections with clients influencers and media partners.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and strategic partners.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or a related field.
-
57 years of combined marketing and sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

Proven ability to quote contract and deliver security services ELV and IT solutions.

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Strong background in digital marketing content creation social media and event management.

Fluent in English.
