Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full lifecycle of agent relationships such as onboarding contract renewal compliance checks.
- Ensure agents compliance with roles and regulations.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage agent contracts and updates to licensing requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits of agent documentation licenses and operational status.
- Track agent sales performance Vs targets and provide recommendations to improve.
- Analyze trends and prepare agents performance reports for management.
- Support agents with sales forecasting promotional planning and stock level coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the agent network to ensure timely communication of policies updates and product information.
- Organize agent training sessions product education and compliance workshops.
- Address agent queries and operational issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for agent administration processes.
- Recommend improvements in workflows to enhance agent efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevance teams to enhance digital tools for agent management.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors degree in business administration management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG/beer/beverage practice.
- Strong negotiation interpersonal skills able to present well with senior leaders
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
- Self-driven and results oriented o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools
- Familiarity with distributor/agent models used in FMCG/beer/beverage
- Able to work odd hours and under stressful conditions
