Position: Shift Supervisor (Conventional Machine) - Machine Shop
Location: Bhilai Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise manual machining operations (Lathes Milling Drill Presses Grinding)
- Train operators in safe and efficient machining practices
- Monitor output quality and implement process improvements
- Ensure productivity and precision in high-throughput environments
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / . in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 5 - 6 years of experience in conventional machining in relevant industries
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools (vernier calipers micrometers gauges)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in operator training and process optimization
