Salary/wage: 15 EUR 18 EUR per hour

Time type: Part time 20 hrs/week

As a Student Assistant Quality Toller and Supplier you will support the Quality Team in ensuring compliance of tollers suppliers and affiliate imports in Europe with legal internal and customer standards. The role involves executing quality processes organizing customer documentation and continuously improving supplier and toller quality.

What you will do:

• Organize customer-relevant documentation and certificates and manage supplier and toll manufacturer queries.
• Support projects through document screenings risk assessments and product setups in internal IT systems.
• Coordinate samples and quality tests and contribute to the development of quality-related KPIs and EHS programs.
• Assist with internal audits including preparation execution and follow-up of findings and support complaint and incident management through CAPAs.
• Prepare quality reports and contribute to digitalization initiatives especially involving TraceGains.

What you will bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science or a related field
• First experiences with internal & external audits
• First knowledge of the food industry food safety and risk management
• English at a higher level oral and written Basic knowledge of German
