The work will be carried out either on the companys premises or on site at the customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Analyse cloud adoption strategies and flagship IT initiatives across the organizations departments;
- Contribute to the definition and follow-up of studies on cloud efficiency sovereignty and digital transformation;
- Draft policy briefings contributions to parliamentary questions and support documents for cross-project initiatives;
- Coordinate and contribute to strategic evaluations in public procurement processes especially in sovereignty-sensitive domains;
- Contribute to the transformation of procurement methodologies (e.g. from time-and-means to outcome-based delivery);
- Support the unit in EU-wide forums such as the Cloud Alliance and follow up on related activities;
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams EUIs and Member States ensuring continuity and knowledge sharing;
- Maintain Kanban tracking of all assigned tasks and prepare progress updates and status reports for leadership.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 20 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in defining and managing complex transformation projects justifying of a management position at Director or Strategic level in private or public organisations;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in defining developing and/or implementing cloud adoption strategies in the public or private sector;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of cloud procurement from the buyer Perspective;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public international European policy making in the field of IT (contribution to working groups);
- Proven experience in animating large forums of stakeholders (i.e. animating networks organise events);
- A certification in each of the following fields: (1) digital sovereignty (2) cybersecurity challenges and (3) critical infrastructure resilience;
- Excellent command of the English and French language.
