Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work in a fast paced environment pulling samples from plant floor
- Set up and perform multiple quality tests.
- Measure samples
- Accurately compile statistical data
- Construct charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel
- Perform process capability analyses using Statistical Software
- Prepare reports on testing results.
- Define problems and report all issues with material to management for analysis and disposition.
- Work may require individual to enter plant areas where performance factors such as: Controlled environment heat humidity noise lifting of materials and working around equipment will be encountered.
- Other research or related activities as deemed necessary.
- 4-5 Years Experience in a high paced manufacturing Quality Role preferred.
- Certified by ASQ (American Society for Quality) preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in process improvement data collection analysis and presentation.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 knowledge preferred.
