Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Rail and Land Tour Consultant to help clients plan exceptional travel this position you will guide travelers in researching booking and customizing rail journeys scenic land tours and related travel services. Youll provide support from the first consultation through post-travel follow-up.
Primary Duties:

Work with clients to identify travel preferences budget and itinerary goals.

Research and suggest rail journeys land tours accommodations and activities tailored to individual needs.

Coordinate reservations ticketing and confirmations for all travel arrangements.

Offer accurate travel information including schedules routes and available services.

Keep thorough and organized booking records.

Communicate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth arrangements.

Address itinerary changes or challenges quickly and professionally.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in travel planning tour coordination or related customer service roles is beneficial.
