Position: Low Current Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Low Current Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low current systems and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and troubleshoot low current systems including CCTV access control fire alarms and structured cabling.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine client solutions.
- Collaborate with team members for timely project completion.
- Stay updated on industry developments and low current technology advancements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients.
- Perform maintenance and corrective services.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in low current systems installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of CCTV access control fire alarms and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
