Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Provide strategic direction for critical business decisions.

Initiate and lead standardization improvement re-engineering and cost-effectiveness initiatives.

Identify and implement revenue generation opportunities.

Operate in diverse and challenging environments offering consultation and defining business requirements.

Lead change management efforts share best practices and build a diverse talent pool.

Deliver high-quality standards across processes and projects.

Ensure adherence to controls and compliance in line with company policies and norms.

Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities problem-solving skills ambiguity management multi-tasking ability results orientation and effective collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Education:
-
At least 2 years in college (preferred but not required).
Work Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry in the same or similar position.
-
Hands-on experience with GDS non-negotiable.
-
Experience with one or more preferred systems: Apollo Amadeus Sabre Galileo.
