Duties and Responsibilities | Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans - Sales Force Management & data management - Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report - Portfolio management Maintaining healthy portfolio - Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes - Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT - Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. - Resolves issues regarding customer documentations - Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas including fraud likelihoods deriving projections - Sales and collect responsibility |
