Job Description
Hourly Pay Range:
$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Physical Therapist
- Location Options: Skokie Arlington Heights Elmhurst Naperville
- Schedule: Part-time or Full-time Evening and weekend shifts
- FTE Range: 0.2 FTE (minimum 8 hours/week) up to Full-time
- Flexible Shift Options:
- 2 or more 4-hour evening shifts/week and/or
- 1- 4-to-8-hour weekend shift
- Flexibility: This is a great role for those seeking flexibilityideal for maintaining work/life balance or supplementing other commitments.
What You Will Do:
- Provide evaluation treatment and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations progress notes discharge summaries and billing
What You Will Need:
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by appropriate national accrediting bodies
- Certification: CPR certification required
- Experience & Skills: Not requirednew grads welcome!
