Your Role Our growth has been nothing short of incredible and were looking for a leader to help our operations team scale with our production. This crucial member of our team needs to learn and improve on existing operational workflows and has to be able to implement change on a company wide basis. Given our teams span multiple different locations and time zones the ability to work cross-functionally is essential. You will also need to have a demonstrated track record of taking initiative and a comprehensive understanding of how to train and hire the best talent.
Who Were Looking For
You are a quick study and are able to understand our financing products software and existing workflows. You excel at asking the right questions and understand how to do proper due diligence.
You are a leader who is able to facilitate change. You can appropriately reeducate team members to adopt more efficient workflows with proper performance tracking to ensure goals are being met.
You are able to understand the interworking of cross-functional teams and can find and eliminate pain points. Growth pains are expected but need to be minimized!
You have a demonstrated track record as a manager. You understand the proper procedures of hiring and training - you can identify talent and potential as second nature.
Qualifications
US Undergraduate Degree at a 4 year university (3.5 GPA required)
Fluent English
3 years in an Operations setting
Ability to work full time in office in the Bay Area (Menlo Park/Palo Alto)
