Job Summary:
Performs drug alcohol and functional tests for donors.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST
Base Hourly Rate: $16 - $18
Hiring/Retention Bonus: $1000 paid out in 3 stages through your first (90) Days of Employment
Pay Increase Opportunity: Your performance and/ or role proficiency will be evaluated at your 6-month mark with an opportunity for an hourly increase of $.75 per hour.
Essential Functions:
Performs drug screen. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
Other duties may include: Pulmonary function testing using systems/instruments following OSHA Guidelines Audio metric hearing vision examinations blood pressure checks respiratory fit testing following OSHA Guidelines for quantitative fit testing or lab work requiring blood draws.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Valid Drives License.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire.
DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) Certified or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire.
Hair Collection Training Certificate or must obtain within two (2) weeks from date of hire.
Computer skills including a basic skill level in Microsoft Office.
Speak read and write fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Sight and hearing. Walk sit stand use hands handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lift up to forty (30) pounds frequently. Climb stairs.
