Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledprocurement specialist who is responsible for daytoday procurementoperations that align withorganizational goals and operational requirements. They conduct thorough marketresearch evaluate suppliers negotiate terms manage purchasing and ordermanagement optimize inventory conduct vendor performance evaluations monitorprocurement budgets and identify cost savings opportunities.



Requirements


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potentialsuppliers evaluate their offerings and ensure competitive pricing andquality.
  • Manage the purchasing and order management process toensure timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activitiessupplier contracts and performance evaluations.
  • Regularly conduct vendor performance evaluations to ensurecompliance with contracts quality standards and delivery commitments.
  • Standardize purchasing procedures from requisition toorder fulfilment to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify and assess potential suppliers based on qualitycost and reliability criteria.
Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree inbusiness administration Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years ofexperience in procurement supplier management and contract negotiations
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills to assess supplier offerings evaluatecosteffectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with relevantregulations and compliance standards in procurement and supplier management.
  • Familiarity withprocurement software enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and otherrelevant tools is beneficial.
