Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards including making beds changing linens and replenishing supplies.
Sanitize bathrooms vacuum floors dust surfaces and empty trash bins.
Restock amenities such as toiletries towels and coffee supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Adhere to hotel policies safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
