You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Senior Member of Technical Staff (IC3) in our team youll be responsible for and lead efforts in designing and building scalable distributed and resilient software cloud components services and tools towards our Semantic database for health care applications. We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term mentor and empower other engineers. As a technical leader on the team you will own the complete software development lifecycle from design development testing first class monitoring to production.
Java development experience is required along with deep knowledge and experience on RDBMS Vector DB and Big data technologies. Other recommended tools and technologies may include Rest APIs Maven Jenkins among others. Hands on Java developer with in-depth knowledge on JVM internals and performance tuning.
Demonstrated understanding of cloud native architecture and experience with either AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is desired. Experience with identity and access management concepts would be very valuable but is not required.

Lead the architecture development and maintenance of a solution or platform
Proactively identify gaps in the existing infrastructure and development process acting as a catalyst for change for greater system and solution efficiency.
Provide direction in architecture discussions design sessions and code reviews on functional correctness architectural maintainability and performance.
Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies within and outside current team.
Analyze understand and develop complex architectures design and associated sub-systems.
Ability to understand someone elses complex code very quickly.
Ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
Excellent team player with good communication skills and be capable of working well across teams from different geographies.
