Job Summary

Responsibilities

Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
