Job Description

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Personnel Affairs Specialistto work on our Human Resources Department supporting and managing Alnafithas Customer Experiences solutions portfolio

Personnel Affairs Specialist is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to personnel affairs employee records and HR processes. This role involves coordinating HR documentation supporting employee relations and contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate anduptodate employee records including personal information attendancerecords and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with dataprotection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in recruitment byposting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboardingprocess for new hires including conducting orientation sessions andfacilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Administer employeebenefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and otherfringe benefits.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employeesregarding benefitsrelated inquiries and assist in resolving issues
  • Act as a liaison betweenemployees and management to address HRrelated concerns and grievances.
  • Provide guidance andsupport to employees on HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in theimplementation of performance management processes including goal settingperformance evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify trainingand development needs for employees.
  • Stay updated on labor lawsregulations and industry trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in conductinginternal audits and investigations as needed.
  • Prepare HRrelateddocuments such as employment contracts termination letters and disciplinarynotices.
  • Support HR initiatives andprojects as the HR Lead assigns.





Requirements

Candidate Experience:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience workingin HR or personnel administration roles.
  • Sound knowledge of HRpolicies procedures and best practices.
  • Strong organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRISsoftware and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Certification in HumanResources is a plus.
