Job Overview
Itsy Bitsy Pvt Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This mid-level position requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in financial management ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the companys broader financial aims.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Goods And Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted At Source (TDS) essential for managing tax-related tasks effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in day-to-day accounting practices ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) enabling the smooth flow of information across departments.
- Ability to conduct complex reconciliations important for maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Solid understanding of account management principles to oversee accounts and ensure their optimal performance.
- Excellent analytical skills crucial for interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights to management.
- Strong communication skills necessary for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage GST and TDS compliance ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and payments.
- Conduct daily accounting tasks including journal entries ledger updates and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain Management Information Systems for financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors tax consultants and other financial partners.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the senior account manager in managing internal audits risk management and financial compliance activities.
