Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our business consulting firm in building a strong visual identity across digital and print platforms. This role will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design compelling materials for consulting services thought leadership content and personal branding for our consultants and executives.
- Collaborate on personal branding visuals for consultants and executives (social media content online profiles speaker kits etc.).
- Create clean professional and strategic layouts for LinkedIn carousels Instagram posts stories and short videos.
- Develop visually compelling slides for keynote presentations and workshops.
- Work with the content team to turn complex ideas into simple powerful visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (fonts colours tone).
- Maintain a visual library and templates for recurring use.
- Adapt visual assets for different platforms (web mobile print).
- Stay up-to-date with design trends in the consulting and professional services space.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in a B2B consulting or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean corporate and strategic designs.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram YouTube) and content formatting.
- Understanding of personal branding concepts and executive presence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
