Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research:
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences behaviors and needs.
- Analyze research findings and translate insights into design recommendations.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- UI Design:
- Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements across different platforms.
- Usability Testing:
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
- Analyze testing results and make design adjustments to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other designers.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in UX design.
- Take part in training opportunities and seek mentorship to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for usercentered design.
