Job Description

Experience

5 years ICT experience in the enduser computing environment
3 years design and implementation of desktop hardware software and management systems servicing the enduser computing environment in the enterprise.
3 years in desktop infrastructure maintenance using systems such as: System Centre Configuration Unified Endpoint Management BitLocker and Microsoft cloudbased services.

Qualifications (Minimum)

Certification in Information Technology

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

A relevant degree in Information Technology

Knowledge

Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft SCCM
Microsoft inTune
Microsoft Azure
