Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma
- ITIL V4 Foundation or higher (an advantage)
- Project management qualification eg Agile an advantage
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle ie business process analysis requirements gathering solution design and development vendor management systems integrations and a strong business understanding
- Experience of financial concepts and practices
- Experience in the company business model
Technical Competencies:
- Business process knowledge including the ability to document these processes.
- Strong Team Lead / Management background important
- Strong MS Office
- Sound knowledge of the industry
- Demonstrated skill in managing the development of optimal business systems.
- Ability to communicate concepts in a concise and eloquent form to management and to crossfunctional departments or teams verbally in writing and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate
- Knowledge of new technologies (in relevant field) and maintain and stay abreast of updates and changes and make the appropriate recommendations
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment for self and teams
- Excellent ability and knowledge to direct staff in integrating information technology services with the work requirements and deliverables as determined by IT and business
- Excellent experience of informational technology disciplines e.g. system design development implementation software applications and integrations production operations quality assurance and systems management user support principles and practices eg Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent experience in optimal management of a multivendor environment
- Excellent experience in consulting and influencing stakeholders as and when required
- Excellent administration skills
- Knowledge of Out of the box features for creating webpages forms workflows and more are a must.
- Business process knowledge including the ability to document these processes
Responsibilities:
- This seniorlevel position involves leading the analysis and strategic planning of digital solutions collaborating with crossfunctional teams and driving the successful execution of projects.
- The Senior Digital Solutions Analyst is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital platform development from conceptualization to implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Be a trusted advisor in best practise processes and solutions for the companys customerfacing Digital Solution.
- To analyse processes and map them to existing or new functionality.
- Be actively involved in identifying process improvements introducing new solutions to simplify and/or introduce efficiencies elicit customer requirements and design effective solutions to meet the customers requirements.
- Assist the development team by testing the relevant platform in order to ensure alignment with the customer processes and customer requirements.
