Job Description
We are looking for a highenergy ambitious driven and hardworking Recruitment Consultant (Actuaries) to join our team based in Bedfordview. The successful candidate must attract firstrate talent ensure lasting and successful placements build highquality candidate pipelines and compile market maps. The goal is to achieve and exceed KPIs and clients expectations and add value to our and our clients business. We are very fastpaced and require a vibrant gogetter.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing
- Advertising Jobs with a practical marketing introduction
- Screening
- Shortlisting
- Candidate assessment and testing
- Interviewing
- Reporting on KPIs and SLA
- Offer Management

- Mapping creating and managing Talent pools
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
- Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience must include recruiting for Actuaries
- Computer Literate (ATS Job Portals and the full MS Office)
- Excellent communications and reporting skills
- High Energy
