Exciting Proposal Engineer role available in Richards Bay for a leader in heavy industry solutions. Join a forward-thinking team!
Duties & Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers by preparing detailed proposals cost estimations and scopes of work for new projects and equipment repairs. Manage RFQ processes liaise with suppliers and clients ensure timely submissions and assist with project handovers and close-out meetings.
- National Diploma or higher in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in project costing or estimating
- Strong supply chain or purchasing knowledge beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Microsoft Projects
- Understanding of heavy industrial equipment repair and project site work
