Manage and expand a portfolio of customers including contractors construction professionals farmers architects and engineers
Identify new business opportunities and open doors in the market particularly in decking systems aluminium solutions and roofing structures
Deliver tailored product presentations and offer practical solutions that align with client needs
Stay on top of local trends customer demands and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
Prepare quotes provide technical input and support clients through the sales process
Maintain accurate sales reporting and communicate regularly with the head office
5 years sales experience in construction building materials or related fields
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solution-driven approach
A solid understanding of trusses rib & block decking aluminium fenestration and general building systems
Familiarity with the local market in the Winelands and surrounding areas (including parts of the Northern Cape suburbs)
Experience using IQ Retail software and MS Office
Valid driver s license and own reliable vehicle travel is essential
