Job Description
Hire Resolves Client a reputable mining company in Gauteng is currently looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance Senior Vice President to join their mining team.
:- Bachelors of Laws (LLB)
- At least 10 - 15 years experience in a related position of which 5 years should have been at a senior management level or experience in a functional/specialist area.
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- A qualification in Mining and Prospecting Health and Safety and / or Environmental Law would be advantageous.
- Business qualification would be advantageous.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional agreements in the resources industry would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in a mining environment would be advantageous
