In this role youll be the bridge between clients and the technical teamresponsible for delivering clear professional presentations managing client relationships and providing expert responses to technical queries.
While not a sales position it requires someone who is confident personable and technically adeptideally with experience in helpdesk IT support or similar environments.
Requirements:- At least 23 years of technical experience (e.g. helpdesk tech support).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak at least three official South African languages.
- Comfortable working full-time in-office in Centurion.
