Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced GES with extensive experience on Shafts & Winders to join their mining company based in North-West.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist maintenance management services across underground and surface operations.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and expertise in the trackless mobile machinery environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing effective maintenance strategies and processes.
- Oversee and manage contractor activities to ensure quality safety and performance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid Trade Test Certificate (Boilermaker Electrician Fitter or Rigger)
- N4 Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years experience post TRADE with minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory position.
- 6 years shaft & winders experience
- Valid Drivers License
