- Contribute to the attraction of visitors to the Newcastle LGA
The purpose of Casual Visitor Information Officers is to assist with the daily operation of the Newcastle Visitor Information Centre (VIC) and enabling customers and visitors to explore and enjoy the Newcastle LGA and surrounding region.
This includes setting high energy customer service standards to provide a positive and informative visitor experience through providing current and bespoke advice to customers to ensure they are excited about their stay in our city.
