Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a skilled Lodge Manager or Management Couple for a premium 5-star lodge located in Bela-Bela. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to manage and elevate an exceptional luxury property.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the lodge with a hands-on and proactive approach
Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with 5-star standards
Lead and motivate departmental teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Manage financial operations including budgets reporting and stock control
Ensure efficient functioning across all departments including Front Office Housekeeping F&B and Maintenance
Address guest feedback and resolve issues effectively and professionally
Work closely with head office on strategic planning and operational goals
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience managing or co-managing a luxury 5-star lodge
Broad knowledge across all lodge departments and functions
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal abilities
Well-presented and professional demeanour
Willingness to live and work in a remote environment
