We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Internal Technical Sales Representative to support our sales operations based in Sasolburg. This role involves handling inbound sales queries preparing quotations managing sales administration assisting with deal closures and generating sales reports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone email or CRM system.
- Prepare and send quotations proposals and product information to clients.
- Follow up on quotations and assist with converting leads into closed deals.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with operations and dispatch.
- Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer information accurately.
- Generate and compile weekly and monthly internal sales reports.
- Support the external sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to client requests.
- Maintain knowledge of products/services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:- Matric.
- Technical qualification will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in internal sales customer service or a technical support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook and Word).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information.
