Job Description
Service Advisor (Automotive Industry) - Sandton Gauteng - Salary R16 000 to R18 000 Negotiable
A dynamic and fast-growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performance team based in Sandton. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service within a digitally innovative environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:30 and Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
Minimum Requirements:

3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor

Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands
-
Proven track record of meeting service and labour targets

Familiarity with Evolve and IAL systems (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer bookings and workshop coordination
-
Handle warranty claims and ensure full compliance
-
Maintain accurate job card records and service documentation
-
Provide consistent updates to customers throughout the service process

Promote and upsell additional services and parts
Key Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital systems
