Your Mission
As a social enterprise Goodwall works through public-private partnerships to unlock the potential of underserved and underprivileged youth globally.
As Project Manager your role will be to support the Programs team in driving and optimising delivery end-to-end. The primary focus is on enhancing the collaboration efficiency and effectiveness of the Program Operations and Creative Team in order to take output to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Seamlessly managing multiple Programs/Projects end-to-end to ensure they are delivered on time to brief and within budget.
Primary link between the Program Managers and Creative Team as well as demonstrate supreme collaboration with other cross-functional teams: Partnerships Product Comms and Data.
Lead Capacity and Workflow management of the Creative Team.
Briefing and managing external Suppliers/Freelancers/Resources as required.
Expert use of Notion and how it can be utilised as a productivity and project management tool.
Demonstrate organisational excellence at every level having a macro view of all team resources within the Program Operations Team.
Constantly thinking about and putting forward proposals on how operational processes can be enhanced as the company scales over time.
Your Profile
A hands-on high energy do-er who is passionate to deliver excellence with the following attributes:
5 years of professional work experience in Project and Operations Management either at a tech start-up product company or in the development sector.
In-depth knowledge of operational processes planning and workflow management.
Proficient in Notion Slack and Google Workspaces.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving
A successful track record of owning workstreams and coordinating broad business efforts.
Excited motivated and inspired by exceeding goals.
A strong communicator who enjoys working with colleagues and cross-functional teams from diverse international backgrounds and work experiences.
Comfortable working autonomously with the ability to operate in a fast-paced ever-changing environment which allows you to adapt and deliver results under pressure.
Enjoys the multi-faceted dimensions of this role from the technical aspects to processes to internal partnership development.
Proactive and output driven focusing on immediate results while contributing to the long term strategy of the team.
