Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and implementation of sophisticated serverless backend solutions using Python based on requirements from the Product Owner.
Drive innovation by building and demonstrating proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for new features and architectural improvements.
Champion best practices in software development including writing clean efficient and maintainable code for tools and applications.
Ensure system stability and performance by maintaining a server environment with a zero-downtime objective.
Spearhead the automation of tasks using appropriate tools and scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
Actively participate in the agile development process including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives and effectively report progress using tools like JIRA.
Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm design and launch new products and features.
Develop comprehensive software solutions by analyzing information needs system flows data usage and work processes adhering to the full software development lifecycle.
Contribute to a culture of clear communication and proactivity ensuring your work and its rationale are well-documented in Confluence.
