Job Description
Our client in Paarl is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Foreman to support and supervise on-site waterproofing and painting projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Valid drivers license (essential)
Must be physically fit
Ability to lead small teams and communicate clearly with staff and clients
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Punctual reliable and able to follow instructions
Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans
