Job Description
Duties:
- Review client financials monthly ensuring accuracy compliance and completeness
- Oversee tax calculations VAT reviews and the finalization of financial statements
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of Accountantsmanaging workflow performance and wellbeing
- Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication and hands-on support
- Identify workflow gaps streamline processes and suggest practical improvements
- Keep leadership informed with insights on team progress and client risk areas
Education and Experience:
- Newly qualified CA(SA)
Skills:
- Accounting software experience essential (Xero Adviser Certification would be beneficial)
- MS Excel - Intermediate (Pivot tables)
