Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Front of House Manager for a prestigious luxury boutique hotel located in KwaZuluNatal. This role is ideal for a polished and experienced hospitality professional who thrives in delivering exceptional guest service in a highend environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
Manage and lead the reception and concierge teams with professionalism and attention to detail
Ensure the highest standards of hospitality guest engagement and service delivery are maintained at all times
Handle guest feedback complaints and special requests with efficiency and care
Liaise with housekeeping kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate records of bookings arrivals departures and guest preferences
Assist with staff training development and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar front of house or guest relations role within a 4 or 5star hotel or lodge
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
High level of professionalism and personal presentation
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and solutionfocused mindset
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
South African citizenship or valid work permit
